- RETAIL SALES DEVELOPMENT
- Support SRM in building effective communication tools to share sales datas to retail team
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance deck and present to Retail Team hand in hand with SRM
- Assist SRM in building effective incentive plan based on marketing & business needs
- Coordinate, verify and share result of incentive & commission to sales team on a monthly basis
- Visit point of sales on a weekly basis and ensure counter / boutique needs are met
- RETAIL STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Monitor key retail KPI and provide quantitative report to SRM
- Review retail team productivity and gather retail team needs in term of coaching & training
- Ensure new product launches information are well disseminated to the retail team:
- Prepare deck including all information related to new launch in partnership with Marketing Team
- Create a positive and strong synergy within the team, ensure positive mindset
- RETAIL EXCELLENCE
- Lead Mystery shopping Execution
- Communicate and feedback to the retail team on key learnings and areas of improvement
- Assist SRM during in/out of store event and ensure perfect execution with high level of service
- Lead Bee Gold App (CRM tool) campaigns execution to strengthen Retail Staff relationship with Guerlain members and increase retail sales:
- Create campaign based on marketing & business priorities
- Ensure customer focus list is well defined
- Monitor, review and analyze campaign performance
- Work hand in hand with Marketing Team on developing the high clienteling network by reviewing the database and spending of Guerlain customers
- Lead Mystery shopping Execution
- REPORT / ANALYSIS
- Provide weekly & monthly sales analysis on Guerlain’s performance
- Provide Boutiques report on a monthly basis
- Provide monthly competitor’s report
- Create purchase order on a monthly basis for all retail matters
