Morgan McKinley is looking for a .Net Application Developer for a 12-months contract with our multinational client, a global leader in consulting and professional services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, and test application or technical architecture components.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Address and resolve defects and performance issues identified during testing and release preparation.
- Provide deliverables including Scope of Work and Requirements documentation.
Project Responsibilities:
- Provide daily sprint updates through AzDO and participate in daily Agile stand-up meetings.
- Estimate tasks during Sprint planning and contribute to the development of microservices or micro-frontend components.
- Write and maintain unit tests to achieve code coverage targets in the CI pipeline.
- Develop a web application using Angular, .NET, and Docker, deploying to Azure Cloud with a microservices architecture.
- Conduct unit tests and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure application readiness.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- With 2-6 years of experience in software development experience
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology
- Proficiency in back-end (.NET, SQL, Java, C#, Python ) or front-end (Angular) development, or both (Full Stack).
