Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Department on all shipping data entry and documentation
- Co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders on bookings and collection of cargo
- Liaise with external customers on all shipment-related activities
- Perform booking and process documentation as well as co-ordinate with various internal departments on shipping activities
Requirement
- Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working attitude, willing to learn, meticulous
- Able to work under a fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of shipping and minimum working 1-2 years related working experience an advantage
- Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
