Responsibilities
- Record all data entries for accounts and sales/operations departments
- Vendors and inventories entries
- Assist to handle AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation
- Knowledge of full set accounting procedures an advantage
- Filing and general administration duties
- Office administration duties & basic HR matters
Requirement
- Minimum ‘O’ level & higher and related accounting qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
- Mature and have good communication and interpersonal skills, confident and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment and multi-task
- Possess good working attitude willing to learn
- Must be able to start work immediately
