Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain end-to-end application architecture, interfaces, and configurations.
- Actively participate in the SDLC process, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation, utilizing Agile, Scrum, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
- Contribute to daily Scrum meetings, sprint grooming/review, and demos with management and other teams.
- Collaborate with TI partners to identify new infrastructure build requests.
- Work closely with the Operations team and provide demos on the projects being developed.
- Coordinate with SIT & UAT teams for test execution and prioritize issue resolution.
- Plan deployment activities for SIT, UAT, PROD, and BCP environments.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Dev partners as an integral member of the agile development team.
- Work closely with DevOps to plan releases and escalate potential stability issues.
- Plan performance test activities for newly implemented changes.
- Create and enhance technical procedures, adopting best practice guidelines, standards, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Masters’ degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 15 years of total work experiences in software technical development, deployment and delivery management.
- 10+ years of experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and scripting deployment activities, with strong understanding of DevOps tools, technologies, and practices.
- Proficiency in Visio, AnypointStudio, Eclipse, Finacle, GIT, BitBucket, GitLab, Oracle, Jenkins, AzureDevOps, ArgoCD, GitLab, Jfrog Artifactory, Nexus, Unix, Shell Script, Ansible Playbooks, Autosys, control-m, Splunk, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch, Kibana, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in DevOps.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified is preferred.
