Purpose:
Provide sales admin support for new and existing customers by advising on suitable products or alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs; coordinate and process sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the business development team for any new potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ inquiries and sales order
- Identify suitable products or provide alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs
- Prepare sales quotations and arrange delivery
- Customer relationships management (CRM)
- Assist in the analysis of customer profiles to enhance the performance of sales channels Assist in collating feedback to improve sales target development
- Collect background data and descriptions of customer profiles from various sources
- Source, check, and negotiate prices with suppliers for product purchases
- Assist the Purchasing department in processing purchasing order
- Assist the Business Development team in coordinating leads on potential new customers
- Any other job duties as assigned by Management
