Indoor Sale Coordinator

Purpose:

Provide sales admin support for new and existing customers by advising on suitable products or alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs; coordinate and process sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the business development team for any new potential customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ inquiries and sales order
  • Identify suitable products or provide alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs
  • Prepare sales quotations and arrange delivery
  • Customer relationships management (CRM)
  • Assist in the analysis of customer profiles to enhance the performance of sales channels Assist in collating feedback to improve sales target development
  • Collect background data and descriptions of customer profiles from various sources
  • Source, check, and negotiate prices with suppliers for product purchases
  • Assist the Purchasing department in processing purchasing order
  • Assist the Business Development team in coordinating leads on potential new customers
  • Any other job duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

· Good communication skills

· Able to work working independently and in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Team player who possesses initiative and can multitask

· Meticulous and have good time management

· Possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
