• Develop project scopes and objectives
• Organize and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Oversee the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring they remain within scope and within budget
• Allocate resource and ensure their availability
• Prepare a detailed project plan to track progress
• Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Vehicles Management
• Work Pass applications and renewals, Update and maintain WICA records, medical insurance claim to relevant authorities
• Process payroll and other government related matters eg. CPF / IRAS submissions, tax clearance, government claims
• Handle day to day operations for purchasing, new product sourcing and/or supplier quality management
•Ensure discrepancies in purchases, purchase orders and invoices are reconciled at end month to process payment to suppliers
