Our client, a reputable Multi-business Company, is looking for a Marketing Manager for Group level (3 entities).
You will be reporting to the VP, Group Marketing and will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create a consistent narrative for the brand and increase consumer engagement across all digital and traditional platforms. Someone who can integrate digital engagements to meet changing consumer habits, leveraging data and insights to drive marketing activities and ensure optimal performance for the group.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand strategy.
· Work closely with Brand Management and E-commerce teams to drive online engagement strategies and maintain a consistent brand storyline throughout the customer journey.
· Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
· Utilize customer data and insights to direct marketing activities, enhancing customer experiences and improving buying patterns across various channels.
· Assess the performance of tech-enabled marketing strategies and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology implementation on marketing campaigns.
· Identify new metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns, including conversions and customer lifetime value.
· Leverage predictive analytics to identify valuable customer segments and products, improving campaign targeting and return on investment.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of brand engagement strategies, including online campaigns and in-store experiences and events.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management in B2C industry.
· Excellent knowledge of data analytics and market research methods.
· Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience with predictive analytics and customer segmentation techniques.
· Knowledge of consumer behavior and factors influencing buying decisions.
· Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing investments.
· Proven track record of successful online and offline marketing campaigns.
