Sales Engineer (Drinks & Bubble Tea Ingredients)

Location: Northern Singapore


Company Overview:

We are a Singapore-based manufacturer specializing in premium beverage and dessert ingredients, including soyabean milk, bird’s nest, almond milk, herbal tea, and more. Serving both commercial and retail sectors, we offer comprehensive ODM and OEM solutions. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to build new business within the Lower Trade, Middle Trade, Upper Trade, and Modern Trade segments. Candidates with barista or bubble tea experience are encouraged to apply.


Position Overview:

We’re looking for a true sales hunter—someone hard-working, honest, and driven to succeed, with the humility to serve clients sincerely. In this role, you’ll actively seek new opportunities, establish valuable client relationships, and help expand our market footprint in the drinks, dessert ingredients, and bubble tea sectors. This role rewards performance, so your compensation will grow with your success.


Key Responsibilities:


New Business Development:


Proactively seek and secure new sales opportunities across targeted market segments.


Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, positioning the company as a reliable supplier in the beverage and dessert ingredients industry.



Technical Consultation:


Offer straightforward, genuine technical insights to clients, emphasizing the unique benefits of our solutions.


Customize proposals to fit client needs, ensuring tailored solutions that deliver true value.



Project Coordination:


Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Production) to manage projects from start to finish, meeting customer specifications and timelines.



Market Insight & Reporting:


Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.


Provide regular reports on sales achievements, customer feedback, and potential growth areas.



Support for Sales Director:


Work closely with the Sales Director, assisting with business development efforts such as product demos, technical presentations, and client meetings.




Qualifications & Skills:


Relevant Experience:


Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is required, ideally in the drinks, bubble tea, or dessert ingredients industries. Barista or bubble tea experience is highly welcomed.



Technical Knowledge:


Degree or diploma in Engineering, Food Science, or related fields is a plus, as is a solid understanding of beverage manufacturing processes.



Customer-Centric Focus:


Strong problem-solving skills, with a client-first approach and the ability to create tailored, value-added solutions.



Communication & Negotiation:


Clear and honest communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to customers and negotiate effectively.



Self-Motivated & Adaptable:


Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing demands.
