Position: ICT Executive (Permanent)
Multiple Locations: Jurong East Street 13, Anchorvale Link, Tampines Street 12, Upper East Coast Road, Sembawang Drive
Working Hours: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
Expected Interview Date: Within 2 weeks from today
Packages:
- Salary Range: $2,400 to $4,500, depending on experience
- Annual Leave: 12 days per year
- Sick Leave: 14 days per year

Responsibilities:
- Manage school-owned ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgets, ensuring effective oversight by the ICT department.
- Provide technical and application support for users during school hours.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of school devices.
- Maintain a tracking list (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to log the loan and return of devices.
- Oversee ICT inventory within the school.
- Manage the school’s Audio-Visual (AV) inventory.
- Deliver and set up ICT devices and resources in designated rooms or areas as requested.
- Assist and supervise ICT vendors during the delivery of services or goods.
- Provide support to school leaders, management, or teachers on ICT-related tasks.
- Process paperwork (e.g., Loan Forms, ICT Request Forms) and manage related ICT administrative tasks.
- Support and report to the Head of Department (HOD) for ICT, Subject Head for ICT, ICT Manager, and ICT Associate.
- Collaborate with Desktop Engineers (DEs) assigned to schools.
- Assist with audio, projector, and laptop setup during school programmes and events.
- Provide support with audio and video production as needed.
- Assist in using video editing software or applications as required.
- Conduct ICT baseline skills training (covering Microsoft and Google applications) and provide ICT and video-related training sessions for students.
Requirements:
- You must be either a Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident, or hold an ICA-issued Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP/LTVP+).
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
- At least one year of experience delivering enrichment workshops or similar activities in schools.
- At least one year of experience as an ICT Executive or in a similar role within a school environment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting ICT devices.
- Experienced in setting up Audio-Visual (AV) equipment in a school setting.
- Knowledgeable in audio, video, and production support for school events.
- Proficient in using video editing software and applications.
- Registered under the Ministry of Education's Registration and Engagement Management System (REMS 2.0).
