Lead the financial reporting and consolidation of monthly actuals.
Financial submissions of rolling estimates (RE), long range plans (LRP) and business plans (BP) including P&L, Balance sheet and Cash Flow.
Drive detailed analysis of group financial statements detailing key value drivers including volume, price, country, product package mix, commodity, forex, productivity including ROIC, Capital Efficiency etc.
Communicate and interpret various results to senior management including risks, opportunities, and trends.
Collaborate with the corporate controller’s group on various financial reporting matters including liquidation and accounting for divestitures.
Manage network of field FPA finance associates across markets to standardize reporting processes.
Provide guidance to markets on accounting issues and collaborate with the corporate accounting research.
Collaborate with controllers’ group across markets on strengthening internal control processes, audit readiness and review routines.
