Job Scope:
• Manage full set of accounts for the business and Japan holding company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and guide the Accounts Team in daily operations, including GL, AR, AP, and cash flow management.
• Provide business analysis and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial results, supporting budget and revenue forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, including reports for Japan HQ.
• Review and validate consolidation packages from subsidiary companies and support communication with Japan HQ.
• Oversee reconciliation and reporting of all costing, AP, and AR activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents for annual audits and tax compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years working experiences of full set accounts is required
• Possess at least bachelor’s degree in accountancy related field
• A Chartered Accountant designation from ACCA or CFA is highly desirable.
