Scope of Activities
- Supervise works and ensure compliance with architectural standards and project specifications.
- Monitor progress, track work completion, and report any delays immediately.
- Adhere to hours; ensure work is conducted within stipulated times.
- Enforce safety and control dust, noise, and vibrations to maintain a safe site.
- Maintain Records, Keep detailed logs of activities, inspections, and site conditions.
- Verify drawings and ensure all work aligns with approved plans and drawings.
- Check compliance and confirm that contractors meet all contract requirements.
- Inspect layouts, verify service routes, and report any deviations from plans.
- Ensure safety practices, Oversee the implementation of temporary supports and protections.
- Monitor daily activities and update daily contractor activities using WhatsApp.
- Maintain standards and ensure site cleanliness and tidiness are upheld.
- Verify claims and alidate contractor reports and claims, including variations.
- Inspect compliance; ensure all work meets specifications prior to handover.
- Manage access; restrict workers to designated areas only.
- Complete tasks and carry out all assigned project-related duties.
- Attend meetings and participate in weekly progress meetings for updates.
Eduction & Qualification/
Experiance
- Diploma in Architectural from local polytechnic or equivalent; and
- Possess 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in architectural work.
