Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project control strategies and processes together with Project management and/or development team(s)
- Prepare and maintain project metrics.
- Monitor project performance and analyze progress against established benchmarks
- Collaborate with project managers/teams and related stakeholders/functions across global offices to ensure adherence to budget and timeline
- Generate and present detailed reports on project status, forecasts, and variances. i.e. POC, CTC/EAC.
- Support contract management and change order processes
- Liaise with stakeholders to obtain project updates and address concerns
- Enhance workflows and optimise such workflows through continual improvements/automation
- Key contact for Controls function in terms of compliance/administration of related company policies
- Support tender teams in controls-related matters including but not limited to risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering /Business /Project Management, or a related field with strong financial literacy
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls within infrastructure or related industry
- Knowledge in project management principles and related software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
