Job Responsibilities :

The Store Manager oversees daily sales and operations of their assigned RazerStore; manages retail operational standards, deploy store initiatives, and optimize store performance to consistently achieve the sales targets and maintaining high customer experience levels.

  • Responsible for overall store experience, maintain excellent retail standards, and ensure compliance of company procedures & policies.
  • Drive RazerStore sales leadership by planning and monitoring sales performance (by BU divisions, individual store, and individual employee). Build and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly regional sales reports.
  • Lead RazerStore customer experience by gathering customer feedback and managing customer service recovery. Monitor customer satisfaction data (google reviews, NPS, mystery shopper etc.)
  • Oversee an integrated RazerStore inventory model - Influencing in-store inventory (BOH organization, stock replenishment, and inventory control). Coordinate with global retail merchandizing and OM on allocations and delivery timelines.
  • Develop an integrated RazerStore learning & development model - Influencing in-store training (FOH excellence, product training, and service training). Coordinate with global retail training on training materials and schedules.
  • Partner with global retail operations with managing RazerStore vendors and optimizing UK store OPEX budgets.
  • Coordinate seamless executions with the global functions on Visual Merchandising, product promotions, in-store communications, and retail marketing activities.
  • Manage RazerStore retail projects (IT, Omnichannel, etc.) and execute in-store implementation: develop new processes, training tools and project communication. Including continuous improvement process for all store systems related initiatives (new and existing).
  • Execute store expansion strategies/plans in line with business priorities. Work closely with Head of Retail on new store openings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Pre-Requisites :

  • 7-9 years in a managerial position in retail industry.
  • Strong leadership with ability to lead and motivate a team to meet company target.
  • Proven ability to motivate a sales team and drive results through people.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, High level of attention to detail.
  • Must possess a positive, professional, and energetic attitude, a passion for customer service, selling, operational excellence and talent management.
  • Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key industry related relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced public environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Analytical mind and familiar with basic sales data analysis principle.
  • High interest in gaming and/or youth lifestyle valued.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Public speaking and store event management experience are desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
