We are a renovation contractor company specialising in commercial renovation projects.
Responsibilities
- Attend site meetings to understand client requirements and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Oversee interior renovation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Preparation of tender documentations and submissions.
- Review variation request order, assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report, processing of progress payment and final accounts.
- 5.5 day work week.
Requirements
- Recognised Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying with relevant working experience in the Renovation industry.
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a cost consultancy / contracts management environment.
- Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre and post-contract duties.
- Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with external consultants and clients.
