Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for enterprise networking solutions, with a focus on routers and switches.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value through networking solutions.
- Solution Selling: Work closely with presales engineers to craft tailored solutions, positioning networking products and services that solve customer challenges and align with their business objectives.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track progress, forecast sales, and report key metrics to senior management.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with enterprise customers, managing complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing, ensuring deals are profitable and in line with company objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key industries where enterprise networking solutions, especially routers, can deliver value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in enterprise networking to effectively position your company’s solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience: 3 - 5+ years of sales experience in the enterprise networking industry, focusing on routers, switches, and other networking solutions.
- Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of networking technologies, especially routers, switches, LAN/WAN and networking solutions.
Familiarity with networking product lines - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in the enterprise networking space.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and complex enterprise deals.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
