### 岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities:


1. **全球与国内客户业务拓展 / Global and Domestic Business Development**:

- 负责公司在全球范围内的市场业务开发,特别是国际大品牌客户的拓展,同时兼顾国内品牌客户的开发。

Responsible for business development on a global scale, focusing primarily on developing major international brand clients, while also targeting domestic brand clients.

- 利用现有资源及行业人脉,发掘新的业务机会,扩大全球和国内客户基础。

Leverage existing resources and industry connections to identify new business opportunities and expand both global and domestic customer bases.

- 制定并实施销售计划,确保达成全球和国内市场的既定销售目标。

Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed established sales targets in both global and domestic markets.


2. **客户关系管理 / Client Relationship Management**:

- 维护与现有客户的合作关系,定期跟进客户需求,确保持续的业务增长。

Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients, regularly following up on their needs to ensure continued business growth.

- 处理客户的问题与反馈,确保客户满意度,提供优质的售后服务。

Handle client issues and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent post-sales service.


3. **市场研究与竞争分析 / Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- 进行市场调研,分析市场趋势、竞争对手的活动以及行业动态,为公司业务决策提供支持。

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to support business decisions.

- 为公司产品和服务的市场定位提供建议,挖掘新的市场机会。

Provide recommendations for the market positioning of company products and services, identifying new market opportunities.


4. **销售策略与执行 / Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- 制定全球和国内市场的销售策略,推动产品在不同地区的推广与销售。

Develop and implement sales strategies for both global and domestic markets, driving product promotion and sales in various regions.

- 根据市场情况,灵活调整销售计划和策略,确保业绩目标的达成。

Adjust sales plans and strategies flexibly based on market conditions to ensure performance targets are met.


5. **跨部门合作 / Cross-department Collaboration**:

- 与公司研发、生产、供应链等部门密切合作,确保客户需求能够得到及时反馈和落实。

Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and supply chain departments to ensure customer needs are promptly addressed and fulfilled.

- 协助市场和销售团队的产品培训,确保团队对产品有深入了解,能够准确传达产品价值。

Assist in product training for the marketing and sales teams, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the products and can accurately communicate the product value.

### 任职要求 / Job Requirements:


1. **学历背景 / Education**:

- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易、工商管理或相关专业优先。

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.


2. **工作经验 / Work Experience**:

- 10年以上业务拓展或销售相关工作经验,具有丰富的行业资源,在全球大品牌客户及国内品牌客户的拓展方面有成功经验。

At least 10 years of experience in business development or sales, with extensive industry connections and resources, and a proven track record in developing both global major brands and domestic clients.

- 在消费电子、机械结构、自动化设备或类似行业有销售经验者优先。

Sales experience in consumer electronics, mechanical structures, automation equipment, or similar industries is preferred.


3. **技能要求 / Skills**:

- 具备出色的市场开发和客户管理能力,能够独立开拓全球大品牌客户,并维持长期合作关系。

Strong business development and client management skills, able to independently develop major global brand clients and maintain long-term relationships.

- 具备优秀的沟通能力和谈判技巧,能够与各层级客户建立良好的合作关系。

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build good relationships with clients at all levels.

- 熟悉市场分析和竞争对手研究,能够快速适应行业变化并提出应对方案。

Familiar with market analysis and competitor research, able to quickly adapt to industry changes and propose solutions.


4. **语言能力 / Language Skills**:

- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力,能够进行双语的业务沟通和谈判。

Proficient in both Chinese and English for bilingual business communication and negotiation.


5. **个人素质 / Personal Qualities**:

- 结果导向,具备较强的目标管理和执行能力,能够独立完成全球和国内的销售目标。

Results-oriented, with strong goal management and execution skills, capable of independently achieving both global and domestic sales targets.

- 具备良好的团队协作能力,能够与跨部门合作推动业务发展。

Strong team collaboration skills, able to work across departments to drive business development.
