Your Role


Mighty Jaxx is looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist in entering, checking, and posting transactions into our internal accounts system. This role will work closely with the Finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial data and support smooth financial operations.

This is a full-time role.


Responsibilities

  • Support Finance Executive on daily operations
  • Input suppliers’ invoices
  • Process payments
  • Match purchase orders with supplier invoices, and input details into the purchase ledger
  • Input receipts and prepare reminder letters
  • Generate statement of accounts for all clients, ensuring accuracy of the information
  • Support the processing of all general ledger journals for the closing of the month
  • Reconcile e-Commerce platform reports, and retail sales collection reports
  • Generate payment vouchers
  • File invoices, payment vouchers, letters, etc

Requirements

  • Proficiency in 365 Business Central accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for financial reporting
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
