In your new role you will:
- Prepare and lead on top management meeting agendas and offsite management workshops to ensure desired outcomes are reached
- Facilitate top level governance, infrastructure and digitalization in leadership. Own executive review documents ensuring information is up to date, accessible and relevant
- Coordinate and contribute to strategic initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure project completion or appropriate project handoff
- Orchestrate the strategy development and deployment processes; drive selected strategic topics. Define and evaluate strategic options as recommendations for the Backend Board
- Support creation of presentations for internal and external occasions to share and communicate the Backend strategy and messages
- Act as an interface between top management and other stakeholders, working closely with our local BE site management and global cluster teams to chart the course for growth and success
- Anticipate and save time for the BE Cluster Head by ensuring you are one step ahead in keeping administrative activities and tasks organized, prioritized and efficient
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar with a strong familiarity of the semiconductor environment market
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field, e.g. strategy development, strategy consulting, project and program management, operation/supply chain management, engineering, semiconductor industry
- Understanding of the external environment: clients, markets, competitors, business conditions
- A fast learner, who enjoys getting into a variety of topics, including topics with high complexity and novelty
- Able to structure complex issues and work conceptually
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including being comfortable in discussions with upper management
- Strong networking skills with analytical and pragmatic skills and strategic thinking
- Strong time management, ensuring results are delivered on time and in quality
