JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
2. Food Preparation: Preparing and serving donuts, coffee, and other menu items, following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
3. Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions, operating the cash register, and providing accurate change to customers.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, restocking supplies, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the shop.
5. Food Safety: Adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of customers and compliance with health regulations.
6. Product Knowledge: Having a good understanding of the menu, including donut flavours, ingredients, and prices, to assist customers with their selections.
7. Upselling: Recommending additional products or special promotions to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
8. Teamwork: Collaborating with other crew members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
9. Handling Customer Concerns: Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
10. Opening and Closing Duties: Opening and closing the shop, which may involve tasks like setting up equipment, restocking inventory, and cleaning.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Flexibility to work various shifts
Sundays to Thursdays
AM Shift: 9.00am to 6.00pm
PM Shift: 1.00pm to 10.00pm
Fridays and Saturdays
AM Shift: 9.00am to 6.00pm
PM Shift: 3.00pm to 12.00am
