As Assistant Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of impactful lifecycle marketing campaigns that focus on subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies focusing on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation to maximize subscriber value.
• Utilize data-driven insights and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and make strategic adjustments to foster growth.
• Proactively identify and implement initiatives that enhance the customer journey, contributing to business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with product, sales, customer success, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer lifecycle management.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team to drive effective lifecycle marketing.
Requirements
• Strong ability to leverage customer data and analytics to make data-informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive growth through A/B testing and other techniques.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, with an ability to identify improvement areas and create engaging experiences.
• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a proactive approach to identifying impactful marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to work well in a team environment and build rapport across various organizational levels.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, or other analytical tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the media industry is advantageous.
• Ability to support Chinese content and clients, with fluency in Chinese required.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to work independently with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
