Mon - Fri : 8.30am-5.30pm
Sat : 8.30am-1.00pm
Sun + PH (Once a month):8.30am-1.00pm and 8.30am-3.00pm
Job Description:
* Provide immediate response to client’s enquiries and concerns over the phone
* Resolve client dissatisfactions by initiating a thorough investigation of complaint, evaluates findings, and responds quickly to clients
* Resolve discrepancies in reports by consulting with other staff
* Assess problem resolution for future applicability and forward to appropriate quality assurance individual.
* Pursue referenced test result to satisfy client needs and requests
* Print, prepare and distribute patient reports for delivery
* Perform data entry role when scheduled/assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’/‘N’/‘A’ Levels/Diploma/NITEC in any discipline
- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY !
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills
