Responsibilities:

  • Systematically process purchase requisition/sourcing/purchase orders and follow up through entirely till goods receipts.
  • Maintain inventory management system, approved vendor list, chemical datasheet/COA etc.
  • Collect items from vendors, manage stores inventory & issue items to the requestors.
  • Perform daily scanning, uploading, updating & filling of documents.
  • Prepare & issue documents to requestor / vendor.
  • Source & compare new vendors.
  • Meet & liaise with vendors. Handling of overseas shipments.
  • Support periodic internal department audit. Perform basic housekeeping within your department & stores.
  • Attend to all incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 'O' level or higher with 1-2year working experience in full set purchasing includes store management.
  • Must be willing to learn & have initiative at work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
