Responsibilities:
- Systematically process purchase requisition/sourcing/purchase orders and follow up through entirely till goods receipts.
- Maintain inventory management system, approved vendor list, chemical datasheet/COA etc.
- Collect items from vendors, manage stores inventory & issue items to the requestors.
- Perform daily scanning, uploading, updating & filling of documents.
- Prepare & issue documents to requestor / vendor.
- Source & compare new vendors.
- Meet & liaise with vendors. Handling of overseas shipments.
- Support periodic internal department audit. Perform basic housekeeping within your department & stores.
- Attend to all incoming phone calls and emails.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 'O' level or higher with 1-2year working experience in full set purchasing includes store management.
- Must be willing to learn & have initiative at work.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
