Job Scope:
- Lead and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage a team of architects and designers
- Ensure projects meet client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards
- Develop project proposals and conduct design reviews
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as engineering and construction
- Establish design guidelines and maintain quality control
- Liaise with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice
- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders
- Mentor team members and foster professional development
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture recognized by BOA or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant project/site experience
- Preferably a minimum of 3 years of experience in MRT/LTA projects
