Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects through targeted customer selection and segmentation.
- Conduct effective account planning, preparation, and reporting, providing clear, concise updates as required by management.
- Execute strong account management, using account analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, concerns, and priorities.
- Meet sales and gross profit goals by confidently demonstrating the technical and commercial advantages of IMI Precision Engineering’s products, distinguishing them from competitors.
- Analyze market trends and data to provide insights for continuous improvement to the management team.
- Play a crucial role in securing favorable commercial terms by assessing opportunities to mitigate risk and negotiating appropriate contractual terms.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to monitor post-sales feedback, providing technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Drive revenue growth with existing clients and cultivate strong customer relationships.
- Keep the CRM system updated to maintain accurate reporting.

What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with technical expertise, particularly in Pneumatic systems, motion, and fluid control
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a growth mindset; able to identify and address challenges with effective solutions
- Independent, self-driven, collaborative team player, and eager learner
- Own vehicle required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and foster growth
- Curiosity and quick comprehension of technical concepts, with a desire for continuous learning and development
