Job Description
- Prepare, implement, evaluate, and review training materials for school students in line with the school’s strategic plan.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Classroom, Docs) and iPad apps (e.g., Procreate) required.
- Knowledge of productivity software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) essential.
- Conduct ICT lessons on Google Workspace, iPad applications, e-portfolio creation, and MS Office for students.
- Develop teaching materials, exercises, and projects for the ALP curriculum as needed.
- Manage, survey, monitor, and evaluate ICT projects like National Digital Explorer (NDE) and Code For Fun (CFF).
- Assist with the Personalized Digital Learning Programme (PDLP), training students on their iPads, and resolving device issues.
- Promote good data management practices among staff and students.
- Provide administrative support for the ICT department.
- Support the use of Google Classroom, Calendar, and Sites, including training for students.
- Promote Microsoft Teams and OneDrive with training for staff and students.
- Collaborate with teachers, offering advice on software use and ICT issues.
- Train and support teachers and students in using relevant apps and software.
- Provide videography support during lesson observations and create videos for events and training.
- Cover school events with photography/videography and offer AVA support.
- Train student leaders in managing and operating AVA equipment for the AVA CCA.
- Assist in managing the school website.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in IT or multimedia.
- Ability to deliver training programs to secondary students and maintain discipline.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sites, Classroom, Docs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
- Familiar with emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Skilled in iPad apps (Apple Classroom, Pages, Notes, Calendar, Reminders).
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Ability to train staff and students on listed ICT software and apps.
