· Assists Project Co-ordinator in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
· Manages workers work schedule;
· Assists Project Co-ordinator in general worker deployment with Head Office;
· Assists Project Co-ordinator in ordering of raw materials;
· Assists Project Co-ordinator in putting up delivery orders;
· Assists Project Co-ordinator in safekeeping of all tools and equipment;
· Ensure good housekeeping in project sites;
· Assists Project Co-ordinator in monitoring and recommending appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risks identified;
· Assists Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in preparation of risk assessment record after completion of the assessment;
· Assists Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in risk assessment communication to the workers
· Any other duties may be assigned.
