The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Great World Serviced Apartments. This role will play a significant part in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and email.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and use this information to create effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and other relevant platforms.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing & rebranding projects.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM (PPC), and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Hotel Property Management System (RMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
