The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business by leading the Sales team in fulfilling of sales targets and expanding pipelines across the fuel market.
Main Activities:
- Lead and mentor the Sales team by maintaining and tracking sales target
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand and maintain our customer base
- Build and manage a pipeline of target customers using market knowledge, relationships, direct engagement and focused marketing activities
- Liaise and conduct negotiation with oil majors
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with Sales team to continuously drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity
- Provide regular updates of all customer accounts to Management and propose action plans to increase sales
- Prepare and present sales, revenue and expenses reports to Management
- Quarter and bi-annual forecast reporting and planning for Management review
- Establish Key Result Areas and performance review for the team
- Promote and align processes and objectives with organizational business focus on Digitalization, Internalization, and Sustainability
Qualifications / Experience
- At least 3 - 5 years of managerial experience in Business or Market Development
- Experience and knowledge in oil & gas/lubricants industry is an added advantage
- Hungry and sales numbers driven
- Strong people management skills
- Able to handle stress and meet deadlines
