Main Activities:
- Manage daily operation activities in order deliveries, office admin and customer services.
- Conduct routine inspection, weekly operation meeting and monthly toolbox meeting to plan, execute and monitor tasks assigned to the team
- To manage production planning / scheduling for biodiesel planning
- Interfaces with multiple stakeholders (Operation, Customer Service, Driver) in translating site’s production from plan to execution till final products’ delivery
Qualifications / Experience
- Relevant degree or diploma
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Experienced in oil & gas industry is an added advantage
- Understanding or production planning and scenario planning
- Basic commercial / financial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
- Able to handle stress and meet deadlines
