Job Scope:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to produce accurate design documentation
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings for various projects, including residential and commercial buildings
- Create and manage detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD and BIM software
- Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Perform quality checks on drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct revisions based on feedback from team members
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design feasibility
- Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary designs
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Architectural/Engineering or equivalent
- BCA-recognized drafting certificate
- Experienced in AutoCAD/BIM software
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Independent with good communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
