Job Scope:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for accurate integration
- Create and manage 3D models of structural components for building projects
- Utilize BIM software to develop detailed models of steel and concrete structures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts
- Maintain and update model data throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare construction documentation and drawings
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design feasibility
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Civil & Structural Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in C&S and BIM model projects
- Proficient in Revit
- Capable of completing models and shop drawings promptly and with high quality
- Knowledge of Bentley Open Building Designer and Dynamo is an advantage.
