Customer Service Reception (SPA / Hotel)
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 (Depending on experience)
Working Days: Mon-Fri 10am -7pm / Sat 10am - 6pm (6 days)
Working Location: Somerset / Tanjong Pagar
Job Description:
- Answering calls
- Schedule appointments for client
- Roster customers to their therapist
- Possess a warm and friendly attitude to welcome customers.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- Good telephone etiquette
- Preferably with experience in similar/related industry; Spa, Hotels, Airlines, Customer Service and etc.
