Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR & Admin team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Oversee the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution, to promote a harmonious workplace.
- Administer payroll, employee benefits, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and company regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, as well as learning and development programs.
Requirements: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably from contruction or Shipyard/ Marine offshore Industry
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
- Engergic, Hands-on manager who can implement changes
- Able to consider Assistant Manager profiles who wishes to move up to Manager level
