- Warmly welcome and greet our members and their guests to our Club.
- Provide good customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests, and inquiries
- Taking of orders, serving food and beverages to guests, and attending to customer’s requests
- Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards
- Maintain good guest relations at all times and attend to the needs of the customers professionally
- Respectful team player who work cordially with fellow staffs and manager to ensure that the Club achieves its full potential.
