- Possess interpersonal skills to establish relationship with customers to extract key information and convincing customer on our pricing and value-added services
- Simple presentation skills will be needed to present a sales pitch to the potential customers
- Candidate has to possess techniques of pipeline generation and developing a lead to a potential pipeline
- Discipline to follow through from a lead to develop into pipelines
- Possesses basic innovative skills to solve customer problems using our product offerings
- Reactive and flexibility skills will be required
b) Negotiating
- To be able to leverage on company’s advantages and key selling points to negotiate a reasonable and maximized margin
c) Account Servicing
- Candidate must be able to make justifiable judgment calls to decide on selling prices and quotations
- Timely highlight and feedback on sales initiatives and out of norm issues
- Reactiveness and resourceful skills will be required as well
- Retaining of accounts, growing wallet share and expansion of accounts
d) Credit management and collection
- Candidate must have ownership over outstanding debts and see through debt recovery process
- To possess firm verbal and written communication skills when conversing with customers on credit and debt matter
