Responsibilities:
- Clerical and administrative support duties
- Ensure systematic administration of all document
- Ensure compliance of government policies
- Attend to phone calls, queries and emails
- Preparation of documents and reports (will be trained)
- Filing duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication in English
- Proficient in verbal and written English
