Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Communication:Handle customer inquiries, prepare contracts, track orders, and draft responses to customer emails.
- Supplier Coordination:Work with suppliers based on customer requirements to ensure smooth order processing.
- Order Management:Manage the business process from inquiry to delivery and support the team in achieving order completion targets.
- Documentation & Data Management:Organize and maintain essential documents and data following company protocols.
- Administrative Support:Assist the supervisor with business tasks and adhere to company procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
- Skills:Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with bilingual associates.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office. - Experience: Previous experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role is preferred, with tender experience being advantageous.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Rest Days: Saturday & Sunday
