Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and upkeep of Mosque facilities
- Conduct periodic inspection, and preventive and corrective maintenance as per contract agreement and/or schedules
- Capable in troubleshooting simple electrical and mechanical systems
- Liaise, supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors on repair and maintenance works including payment matters.
- Attend to enquiries, complaints of breakdown, service request pertaining to mosque facilities and/or equipment
- Manage a team of Maintenance Support Officers
- Work closely with Head if Department to prepare, review and propose annual budget and expenditures
Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)
- At least one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities
- Good knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems
- Certificate in Infocomm Technology (IT) would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Possess good time management skills and communication skills
- Able to work independently and a team player
