Job Description:
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing accounts, and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Analyze and verify client information, documentation and financial transactions
- Identify and highlight any potential fraudulent transactions and inconsistencies
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all client/advisor tasks, not limited to onboarding, maintenance, transfers and trade submissions.
- Handle questions and provide support to internal and external stakeholders
- Archive client documentation and trade records systematically and securely
- Prepare and submit various administrative documents as required
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Degree of relevant discipline
