Work Location: Bukit Panjang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Monthly Salary: S$2,500 to S$3000
Key Responsibilities:
- Install customers with internet and CCTV service, which includes mounting equipment at roof height and running a cable from outside to the customer’s computer inside.
- Configure routers and customer computers for access to internet service.
- Perform equipment upgrades for existing customers.
- Checking network connections and cabling and testing network devices such as routers, switches, servers, and network security processes.
- Evaluate the network's performance and find ways to improve it for maximum efficiency.
- Perform troubleshooting to system failures, inspecting LAN networks, fixing minor and major bugs or problems, testing and configuring software
- Ensure the daily operations will run without unnecessary interruptions or failures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar technological field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and interacting with different levels of internal and external stakeholders.
