Position: Retail Sales Assistant cum Admin (Part-Time)


Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sat: 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM

• 5.5 days a week


Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Assistant cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensure products are displayed attractively, and manage transactions efficiently. Additionally, you'll assist the salesperson with basic video marketing tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Store Maintenance:

• Sweep floors regularly to ensure cleanliness.

• Clean and sanitize the store's restroom.

• Wipe down and clean products on shelves to remove dust.

• Ensure products are neatly arranged and presented for sale.


2. Cashier Duties:

• Handle customer transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) machine.

• Ensure accurate collection of payments (cash, card, etc.).

• Provide excellent customer service during checkout.


3. Merchandise Organization:

• Regularly check shelves to ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.


4. Stock Management:

• Receive goods into the POS system when new stock arrives.

• Assist with counting and verifying the stock when delivered.

• Help in periodic stock counts and inventory management.


5. Video Marketing Assistance:

• Assist the salesperson in creating basic marketing videos for promotions and advertisements.


Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of POS systems.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.

• Comfortable using smartphones for video content creation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
