Roles & Responsiblities:
· Communication and support between the company and customers for quotation and on going projects queries.
· Responds to all incoming requests and queries (through calls and emails)
· Administer of incoming and outgoing correspondences are properly maintained.
· Supporting communication with clients and project team members.
· Effectively handled all calls and email.
· Responsible for delivery of transactional admin services and secretarial duties for the projects.
· To monitor and centralise administrate management manual and procedure.
· Check for accuracy and edit files where necessary to ensure they are up to date
· Create template for easy tracing of all document and drawings.
· Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information in terms of contract agreements.
· Liaise and distribute project submission related information to relevant team members and external parties.
· Excellent people management & interpersonal skills.
· Other d-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
3 years experience in Public Relations in construction industry.
No minimum qualification
Best with technical background and/or education
Best with driving license
Good communication and personal skill with people
Prefer Singaporean / SPR
