Job Description
- Represent ShopperPlus Singapore’s brand and display thorough knowledge of the business's services when dealing with potential and existing customers
- Ensure ShopperPlus Singapore’s operations run smoothly by coordinating between departments and clients
- Manage the overall standards of the merchandising and promoter service experience, as well as assist with administrative tasks as required
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day manpower schedule and operations
- Audit the service standards by conducting regular checks onsite
- Assist in the recruitment workflow for merchandising and/or promoter projects
- Create, manage and analyse operational reports for presentation to clients
Requirements
- At least a diploma qualification
- Singaporean or PR ONLY
- At least 2 years of experience
- Detailed, pro-active and have good time management
- Able to roll up the sleeves and walk the talk
- Able to travel island wide
- Able to work on weekends if the situation requires
