Role and Description:
The candidate is to support the Finance and Accounting departments by handling various of accounting functions.
Responsibilities and competencies:
- Perform double-entry accounting to record and process all business transactions such as (sales, purchases, payables, receivables, cash, inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, and finance cost) in the accounting system.
- Reconciling of accounts payables/receivables.
- Prepare trial balances for financial reporting accurately.
- Preparation of relevant accounting schedules for audit.
- Assist in cash management and payment processing via online banking platform.
- Assist with various accounting tasks such as (bank reconciliations, journal entries and general ledger).
Complete the above duties on time and meet timeline given.
