Job Title: Admin Clerk
Summary:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our team in Singapore, East. The successful candidate will be responsible for
overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office
• Perform general administrative duties to support the photography teams
• Communicate and liaise with the different schools in charge on photography matters
• Conduct data entry tasks and online sales accurately and efficiently
• Utilize computer skills, particularly in Excel, for various administrative tasks
• Handle documents and maintain proper record / filing system
• Multitask effectively to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements:
• 1- 3 years of relevant work experience in administration jobs
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $2000 to $2500 per month, commensurate with experience.
