Job Title: Centre Supervisor - DAC
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of training officers, providing guidance, performance management, and disciplinary measures as necessary.
- Mentor and provide on-the-job training to new training officers.
- Develop and implement training plans and program strategies for the centre.
- Manage and coordinate transportation services for clients.
- Personally oversee a class of clients, ensuring their care, engagement, and safety.
- Plan class timetables and design training programs and activities for clients.
- Assess client care and needs using the Client Assessment Form (CAF-R) and Individual Care Plan (ICP).
- Review and approve trainers' reports and CAF-R assessments.
- Conduct case conference and case management.
Requirements:
a) Diploma in Social Service or GCE 'A' level, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
b) Experience with operations at activity centres is highly desirable.
c) Demonstrated passion and empathy in assisting individuals with disabilities.
d) Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
