What you'll do:
As a Senior Analyst for Infrastructure Operations, your role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's investment application systems. You will be responsible for liaising with various support teams to swiftly resolve any disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on users. Your ability to break down problems into manageable parts will be vital in conducting root cause analyses and implementing preventative measures. Assessing the readiness of technology solutions for implementation will also fall under your remit. You'll have the opportunity to examine performance trends and formulate action plans to pre-empt potential impacts.
- Liaise with support teams to promptly resolve disruptions to technology services

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Analyst for Infrastructure Operationsposition brings a wealth of relevant experience to the role. With at least 3 years in a similar capacity, you are proficient at working in a technical environment and resolving technical issues related to applications/batch processing, servers, database connectivity etc. Your experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA will be invaluable in this role. A working knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is preferred. Your ability to craft SQL queries and execute commands in Unix/Linux consoles & Windows Servers will be essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of tech and asset management industries
- Experience utilising Ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA
- Working knowledge with a programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Perl, Shell, Bash, Java, Javascript)
- Experience crafting SQL queries
- Experience executing commands in Unix/Linux consoles & Windows Servers
- Understanding of cloud security concepts, certificate management, secrets management, encryption key management, identity access management (IAM)
