Create PR/GR/Extract reports using SAP system.
Process invoice payments.
Financial Data Management - Ensuring accurate/up-to-date data entries.
Work with various senior managers to monitor utilization of budget.
Aids in software, hardware contracts renewal and budget oversight.
Aids in project budget oversight
Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports.
Assist with yearly budget exercise.
Asset Management – Manage laptops inventory, issuance, write-off of assets, etc.
Other Finance/Asset Management related ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Lead
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.
• Preferably 2 years’ relevant experience in a Finance Institution, Audit or Consultancy firm.
• Fresh grads with relevant internship experience in Finance, Audit or Consultancy may apply.
• Above average Excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, power query, building of reporting
dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel.
• Have good knowledge in using M365, a good grasp of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint.
